Credits for email conversion

Free allowance

Up to five accepted emails per day can be converted without an account. The allowance belongs to this browser and resets at midnight UTC. Service file-size and format limits still apply.

How credits are used

One credit is spent for each email accepted for processing. Messages that fail to parse do not spend a credit, and retrying the same job never charges it twice. Purchased credits never expire.

Where a purchase goes

A personal purchase funds your account.

• To buy without an account, verify your email: credits belong to a separate guest wallet.
• In a selected organization, an owner or administrator makes the purchase.
• Its shared balance stays separate from personal credits.

When conversion can start

Credits appear after the payment processor confirms payment.

• Returning to this website does not confirm a purchase.
• While an order is pending, check its status on the payment page.
• If checkout is unavailable, use the free allowance or credits you already have.

Region and currency

Prices for the English version are shown in USD.

• Card payment through Robokassa is available for activated price catalogs; until a currency is activated, its packages are listed as planned prices and cannot be bought yet.
• The English and Russian versions currently share server infrastructure; language selection does not change where files are processed.

Team access

Organizations can buy a 30-day team package: it unlocks member invitations and a shared credit wallet that the whole team spends from.

• Renewal is manual on the organization billing page, and the owner receives a reminder email with a renewal link three days before expiry.
• While no package is active, member invitations stay locked.
