Before you upload

Files are transferred over HTTPS and stored in object storage encrypted with AES-256. Original files are deleted once the package is ready, and access to the result expires after one hour — or sooner via the Delete button. Email HTML is sanitized: scripts are disabled, images from the internet are downloaded and embedded into the PDF, and other external resources are blocked. No AI is used. If the exact processing location matters to you, contact support before you upload.

Check what is inside before you convert.

Preflight uploads the files and shows message and attachment counts plus any warnings. You see what will end up in the result before choosing the format and the output options.

You choose what to download.

The format is set at conversion time. PDF only gives you one file: several messages become a single chronological PDF with a contents page. PDF + attachments adds the original files to a ZIP, without indexes or reports. Full archive includes a PDF for every processed message, the attachments, CSV/XLSX tables, README and checksums. Successes, warnings and failures always stay visible in your jobs list.

Tune the output to your task.

Pick the result format first, from a single PDF to the full archive. Then: compatible attachments straight into the email PDF, a page stamp, PDF/A-2b output, one chronological PDF with a contents page, SHA-256 checksums or Bates numbering. The original attachments are kept separately in every format except PDF only.

Office and other complex files are kept as attachments, not turned into PDF pages. Unsupported or malformed messages may produce a warning or fail.
